Painting:

Before implementing these surface treatment processes, the plastic surface is usually required to undergo the following pretreatment:
Cleaning: Remove oil, dust and mold release agents from the surface.
Grinding: Increase the roughness of the surface and enhance the adhesion of the coating.
Chemical treatment: Such as flame treatment, plasma treatment, etc., to increase the surface energy and improve the adhesion of the coating.
